Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Poinsettia families,

As we spread extra gratitude to our wonderful school staff during Fall conferences, we’d love

your help in making this week extra special!

Our PTO celebrates teachers and staff in three main weeks throughout the year:

•  Fall Conference Week

•  Spring Conference Week

•  Staff Appreciation Week in May

Each of these weeks gives us a chance to thank our staff for their incredible work — and during this year's Fall conferences (11/19-11/25), there are lots of ways to get involved:

• Donate items from our Target Wish List to support our celebrations throughout the week.

• Drop off baked goods on Monday, November 24, for staff to enjoy as a sweet treat. We will be collecting in front of the office gate and in front of the parking lot gate. It can be homemade or store bought! Either is appreciated. BAKED GOODS SIGN UP

• Help assemble coffee orders for our staff on Friday, November 21 — a fun way to spread warmth and thanks! COFFEE HELP SIGN UP

We’ve included a visual below on how we’ll be celebrating our staff throughout the week so you can see where your donations are going! Every small act of kindness helps make our staff feel valued and appreciated!
